Warranty

Pulstar™ is warranted to the purchaser against all defects in materials or workmanship for a period of four years from the date of the original purchase. Proof of original purchase should be retained and the warranty registration card filled out completely and returned to Enerpulse, Inc. after purchase. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

The sole responsibility of Enerpulse, Inc. under this warranty is limited to repair, or replacement of the product at the option of the manufacturer.

Enerpulse, Inc. is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

There are no express or implied warranties. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been subjected to physical abuse, improper installation or to modification.

To obtain warranty service, return the product or products to the retail outlet where originally purchased, or return the product or products with shipping prepaid to Enerpulse, Inc.

Enerpulse, Inc. reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with one of equal value. If the product has been purchased outside of the United State or Canada, contact the local Pulstar™ retailer for details on warranty service.
